No Returns or Refunds.
Due to the nature of handmade & small-batch items, all sales are final & The Haunted Dahlia does not accept returns nor process refunds, unless otherwise noted.
That being said, your happiness matters deeply to me. If there is any issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or a problem with your item—please don’t hesitate to reach out right away so I can make things right.
Please inspect your order upon reception & contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Custom Items.
Custom orders require full payment up front before production begins. This ensures your spot in my creation schedule & allows me to source materials specifically for your piece.
Because custom items are made just for you, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once payment has been processed. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
